    LLBS enables and supports any person who is blind or sight impaired to be as independent as they wish and to live the life they choose. LLBS operates throughout East and West Lindsey, Lincoln, North and North East Lincolnshire.

    In the Lincoln & Lindsey Blind Society area of benefit, we know that 2780 people of all ages are registered as blind or partially sighted: the true number of those affected is estimated to be upwards of 12000 and this figure can only increase.

    Why We Exist To support and enable people who are blind or sight impaired to live the life they choose. How We Behave With integrity and professionalism; we listen, adapt and learn, and give the greatest respect to our clients and each other. What We Do Provide tailored services so people who are blind or sight impaired can be as independent as they choose. LLBS works with other organisations to ensure they have a clear understanding of the needs of the blind and sight impaired.

    Together our 11 employees and over 150 volunteers provided support over 1500 square miles of East and West Lindsey, North and North East Lincolnshire and Lincoln City, to blind and visually impaired people in their own homes, communities and hospital eye clinics.
