We’re hiring: Sight Impairment Officer (up to 37 hrs/week – flexible hours considered)

We’re looking for someone compassionate and organised to provide emotional support, benefits advice, and practical guidance to people living with sight loss.
What you’ll do:
• Visit people in their homes to offer reassurance & advice
• Support clients with benefits applications
• Help people regain independence & confidence

• Flexible working hours considered – applications welcome from those seeking part-time or reduced hours
This is a truly rewarding role where you’ll help people feel less alone and more supported.
Please note: this role covers a large geographical area including North Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire, Lincoln City, East Lindsey and West Lindsey, so travel across these areas will be required at times.
