Job advert: Volunteer and Publicity Co-ordinator
We have an exciting internship opportunity for a blind or partially sighted person to join our team.
Please be aware that this post has a Genuine Occupational Requirement that the successful applicant be a person who is blind or partially sighted, in line with The Equality Act 2010.
Over the course of a nine-month placement,we will provide support and development opportunities for you to improve your planning and organisational skills, learn how to work with partners, support and supervise volunteers, develop content for different audiences and organise in person activities that bring together blind and partially sighted people.
You don’t need previous experience, but you do need to demonstrate a passion for the role, a commitment to your personal development and the drive to work hard.
